Patti Seance was born in the South and is the youngest of five children. His parents both served as Army officers and retired after the Vietnam War. Soon after, they moved their family to Palm Beach, Florida. Patti's love for music started when he was in elementary school. He would listen to a friend’s KISS album and became fascinated with rock music. This interest grew even more when Patti had the chance to go to an Alice Cooper concert with five friends. The excitement of that night made him realize he wanted to play music for the rest of his life. From that moment, he dedicated himself to learning and creating music. Patti’s journey into the world of music began with those early experiences, shaping his dreams and his future. He remains grateful for his family's support and the moments that inspired him in his musical path.
Patti's journey into the world of music began at a pivotal moment when he met a homeless veteran strumming a guitar under a tree by the beach. Intrigued by the man’s talent, Patti approached him and, after a brief conversation, the veteran agreed to give him music lessons. This encounter inspired Patti to buy his first acoustic guitar at just 12 years old. With dedication and passion, he learned to play, practicing every day and absorbing everything he could from his mentor. By the time he turned 15, Patti's hard work paid off when he landed his first professional gig with a local band called Dual Exhaust at Gipper in Delray Beach. This performance marked the beginning of his musical career, and he continued to play with Dual Exhaust throughout his high school years, solidifying his love for music and setting the stage for his future endeavors in the industry.
During his college years, Patti immersed himself in the vibrant music scene, playing with multiple bands that showcased his talent and passion for music. Among these were Tail Gunner, Polaris, Syndicate, and The Machine, each offering unique experiences that shaped his artistic journey. After dedicating time to serve honorably in the military, Patti returned to civilian life with a renewed focus. He chose to make his home in Orlando, a city known for its creativity and bustling arts community. It was here that he pursued his ambition of becoming a production hairstylist. Utilizing his artistic background and keen eye for detail, Patti honed his skills in hairstyling, striving to contribute to productions and help individuals look their best. Balancing his musical past with a future in hairstyling, Patti embraced new challenges while staying connected to his roots and passion for creative expression.
In the early 90s, Patti became a member of Diligent Souls, a convention band formed by his colleagues, where he enjoyed playing music with friends. However, as life unfolded, he decided to set his musical career aside to focus on raising his family. This choice allowed him to dedicate precious years to his loved ones, nurturing them as they grew. Once his children were grown, Patti rekindled his passion for music in 2012 by forming a blues rock band called Bushwhackers. The band performed energetically until 2015, giving Patti the chance to share his love for music and connect with audiences once again. Now, Patti is fully committed to fulfilling his lifelong dream of playing music. With renewed enthusiasm and experience, he continues to pursue his passion, inspired by the joy that music brings to his life and the lives of others.
